National Insurance Number

Please have your National insurance number ready

Bank Statement

You will need to provide the last three months' bank statements evidencing all household income and any rent/mortgage costs, this may mean you have to provide several bank account statements.

If you do not provide bank statements evidencing all household income and housing costs then your application will be rejected.

Employment Evidence

As we are not a Financial entity, please bear that all funds are awarded based on rigorous criteria and your personal condition.

Therefore, you must provide evidence of at least one year of working in the UK.

If you do not provide this evidence in the form of a letter /email from your employer on letterhead or from a company email address or another official document such as a P60 for each year of employment or a payslip for each year of employment which proves your dates of employment then your application will be rejected unless you can prove that you have been affected by the Covid19 Pandemic.

If you are unable to provide this evidence you can request a report from the HMRC showing all the employers you have worked for here >.

To request this giving-charitable grant as the reason for asking and then once you have your report you will be ready to apply. Please upload the report in full to your application. The HMRC may take several weeks to send you this report which will delay you from being able to apply. Please call us if you have any questions about this.

Household Income and Expenditure

You’ll need to have ready accurate information about your:

• Net income, including your partner’s (from payslips, for example showing the amount you get after-tax and national insurance)​
  
• Outgoings (such as rent, mortgage, child maintenance payments)
  
• Council tax bill
  
• If your partner is an EU or British National, we don't need his/her benefits awards.
